How is such a high level of satisfaction for our customers achieved? We understand your needs and fulfil them with integrity and competence. We know this simply isn't enough and so we attain this level of satisfaction by getting it right fist time, and doing so with consistency.
Enquiries were received from several of these customers for mechanical crimping facilities and five applicator presses were purchased enabling these demands to be met, closely followed by the assembly of PCB's using hand solder techniques.

Phoenix Assembly is able to offer you, our customer, a wide variety of services.
We are able to construct virtually any electrical, mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly. The product services that we are able to provide range through the whole spectrum of customer requirements and include assistance with drawing and design, spot-welding, crimping, soldering, both hand and automatic process, cable cutting, stripping, Hot Plate Welding and Hot Stake Welding.
We are also able to offer a comprehensive cable loom assembly service. Currently our looms are used throughout the automotive industry, and also within electronic filtration systems and other specialist applications. With our experience in this field, we are capable of producing looms of a quality that are second to none in single batch or volume quantities.
